My theory of Ghosts

Ghosts

What are ghosts? My theory is that ghosts are minor spirits, or demons, who mimic people who lived. They have associated themselves with a human, and when that human dies, they continue to mimic his or her actions. What do I mean by minor spirits? Using the Bible and other religious manuscripts, I present a theory and define my terms.

Spirits

First, one has to understand the world and why we are here and how we got here. It is called the Plan of Salvation. The world and all of us were created spiritually before anything was created physically. (Moses 3:5). We were all living in a pre-existent state, brothers and sisters in a purely spiritual world. In the book of Job Chapter 38, God speaks to Job out of a whirlwind, and asks him "Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth?" Verse 7: When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy? Bible symbolism is beyond the scope of this document, but Job was there, as were we, being the morning stars. For those who don't favor the Book of Job, know that Jesus quotes it in the New Testament.
Then came the war in heaven and the fall of Lucifer. First, know that not all of the morning stars had the same brightness, or in other words, they did not have the same power. Lucifer took one third of the host of heaven with him. In Matthew 10:1, Christ gave his twelve disciples "power against unclean spirits, to cast them out." But later, in Matthew 17:15-21, after the disciples failed to cast out a devil, Jesus told them that "this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting." (verse 21). Also see Mark 9:17-29.
In Ephesians 6:12 we are told "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, gainst the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

Religion

Here is where my religious journey is documented. I provide a table of Bible quotes for a scripture of the day.
